How we handle your data, at a glance
SignalSuite is built around anonymized signals. Responses are stored as patterns rather than people, with no identity foreign keys linking a submission to an individual, and Postgres Row-Level Security enforces strict isolation between workspaces on every table.
When SignalSuite processes data on your behalf, we act as a processor under your instructions. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a current subprocessor list are available on request. Email legal@signalsuitehq.com and we will send the current versions.
These documents govern SignalSuite, a publicly available service. We will date and version each revision when it ships.
