Data processing

How we handle your data, at a glance

SignalSuite is built around anonymized signals. Responses are stored as patterns rather than people, with no identity foreign keys linking a submission to an individual, and Postgres Row-Level Security enforces strict isolation between workspaces on every table.

When SignalSuite processes data on your behalf, we act as a processor under your instructions. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a current subprocessor list are available on request. Email hello@signalsuite.com and we will send the current versions.

These are pilot documents for an early-stage, invite-only release. A full general-availability set will follow; we will date and version it when it ships.

Questions about the legal terms?

We would rather you ask than guess. Reach out and a human will answer.
