Concept · dashboard ships later

One number for the health of your organization

Org Score rolls hiring, compensation, culture, and leadership signals into a single, honest read, so leaders share a starting point, then drill into the specifics that matter. This page explains the idea; the live dashboard ships in a later release.

What it is

A single read, rolled up from real signals

Org Score is one figure on a 0-100 scale that summarizes how your organization is doing across four domains. It's composed from the products you use, and it never stops being explainable.

Think of it as the headline above the article. It tells you, at a glance, whether things are trending the right way, and exactly which contributing signal to open next when they’re not.

Why one number

A shared headline beats four scattered dashboards

The value of Org Score isn't the number itself. It's the alignment and the fast path to detail that the number creates.

One number to align on

Leaders don't need four dashboards in a status meeting. They need a shared starting point. Org Score gives everyone the same headline before they drill in.

Movement you can act on

A single rolled-up figure makes direction obvious. When the number moves, you know to ask why, and the contributing signals tell you where to look.

Depth on demand

The score never hides the detail. Every point traces back to a product, a dimension, and the anonymized themes underneath it.

Patterns, not people

A single number is powerful, which is exactly why we’re strict about what it can and can’t be. Here’s what Org Score will never do.

  • Score or rank individual employees. Org Score is an organizational read, never a personal one.
  • Surface who said what. Results respect the same k-anonymity threshold as every product underneath.
  • Replace judgment with a number. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict.
  • Track activity or monitor behavior. It reflects what people report, not what they do.

Questions

Org Score, answered honestly

Is the Org Score dashboard available now?
Not yet. This page explains the concept and how the score is composed. The live Org Score dashboard (reading your workspace's real signals) ships in a later release. HireSignal and ManagerSignal are available today; the other products are rolling out.
How is the score calculated?
Each product contributes a normalized read on its domain: hiring, compensation, culture, leadership. Those roll up into a single 0-100 Org Score, weighted toward the areas with enough responses to be meaningful. Every contributing figure stays traceable, so the number is never a black box.
Does it ever identify individuals?
No. Org Score only reflects aggregates that have cleared the anonymity threshold of the products feeding it. If a slice is too small to protect identity, it doesn't surface at any level of the score.
Do I need all four products to get a score?
No. Org Score composes whatever signals you have. With one product it reflects that domain; as you add products it broadens into a fuller read of organizational health. Start with one, grow into the suite.
Is a single number reductive?
On its own it would be, which is why the score is a doorway, not a destination. It exists to point you at the right product, dimension, and theme fast, then get out of the way so you can act on specifics.

Start with one signal. Grow into the whole score.

Org Score gets richer with every product you add, but it's useful from the very first one. Set up a workspace and start composing your read.
