CultureSignal

By the time the annual engagement survey lands, the people it could have helped have often already gone. CultureSignal trades the once-a-year snapshot for a continuous, anonymous read on how your teams are actually doing.

Overview

Stop measuring culture once a year

CultureSignal replaces the once-a-year engagement survey with continuous, anonymous pulses. Sentiment scoring and culture-health dashboards surface what's really happening across teams, early enough to act.

Annual surveys fail for a simple reason: they ask everyone the same heavy questionnaire at the same moment, months after the things that shaped how people feel. CultureSignal runs short, rotating pulses instead: light enough that people actually answer, frequent enough that trends show up while you can still do something about them.

Sentiment scoring and culture-health dashboards turn those pulses into a live picture, broken down by team and department, so a dip in one corner of the org doesn’t hide inside a company-wide average.

What you get

  • Continuous pulse survey engine
  • Sentiment scoring and trends
  • Culture-health dashboards
  • Anonymous response protection
  • Team and department breakdowns

Capabilities

Built to turn raw feedback into action

Each capability is designed around a single principle: the employer sees patterns, never individual people.

  • Continuous pulse engine

Short, rotating check-ins replace the annual marathon survey, keeping response rates high and the signal current.

  • Sentiment scoring and trends

Every pulse rolls into a sentiment score you can track over time, so you see the direction of travel, not just a single snapshot.

  • Culture-health dashboards

A live view of the dimensions that make up a healthy culture, designed to surface the early dips that annual surveys miss entirely.

  • Anonymous response protection

Responses are anonymized and gated behind a threshold, so people answer honestly and no small team is ever exposed.

  • Team and department breakdowns

See where culture is thriving and where it's straining, broken down by team and department instead of buried in a company average.

  • Act before it becomes attrition

Catch the slide in sentiment while it's still a conversation, not a resignation letter. That is the whole point of measuring continuously.

How it works

From first response to a decision you can defend

  1. 1

    Set the cadence

Choose how often pulses go out. CultureSignal rotates short question sets so the experience stays light for everyone.

  2. 2

    People respond anonymously

Team members answer in under a minute. Responses are anonymized and pooled, with results withheld until the threshold is met.

  3. 3

    Sentiment is scored

Each pulse feeds the sentiment score and culture-health dashboard, with trends building automatically over time.

  4. 4

    You spot the shift early

Watch the breakdowns by team and department, see where things are slipping, and act while it's still fixable.

Anonymity by design

The employer sees patterns, not people

People only tell you how they really feel when they’re certain it can’t be traced back to them. CultureSignal collects every pulse anonymously and refuses to show results for any team until enough members have responded to keep individuals invisible.

Leaders see “sentiment on this team dropped after the reorg,” never which person said what. That boundary is what makes continuous listening safe enough to be honest.

  • Every pulse collected anonymously, never name-attached
  • Team results gated behind a minimum-response threshold
  • Small teams roll up so no individual is exposed
  • Workspace-scoped: your culture data stays yours

Questions

CultureSignal, answered honestly

Is CultureSignal available yet?
Not yet. CultureSignal is rolling out to invited pilot organizations and is not generally available. Request early access to be considered. We won't suggest it's live before it ships.
How is this different from an annual engagement survey?
An annual survey gives you one heavy snapshot, often months after the events that shaped how people feel. CultureSignal runs short, frequent, rotating pulses so trends appear while you can still respond, and response rates stay high because each pulse is light.
Won't constant surveys cause fatigue?
That's exactly what the rotating, short-form design is built to avoid. Instead of one long questionnaire, people answer a few quick questions occasionally, far less burdensome than a once-a-year marathon, which is why participation tends to hold up.
Can managers identify individual responses?
No. Responses are anonymized and results are withheld for any team until enough people have answered to protect anonymity. Small teams roll up into larger groupings rather than exposing individuals.
What do the dashboards actually show?
A live sentiment score and a culture-health view broken down by team and department, with trends over time. The goal is to make an early dip visible in a specific corner of the org rather than letting it disappear into a company-wide average.
