Candidates tell you the truth only when telling it is safe. HireSignal never attaches a name, email, or device fingerprint to a response, and it withholds results for any stage until enough people have answered that no single reply can be singled out.

Is HireSignal available now?
Yes. HireSignal is live and the first SignalSuite product generally available to invited pilot organizations. The public intake flow is already running, so candidates and new hires can submit feedback today.
Will candidates really be honest?
They are far more candid when responses are anonymous and decoupled from the outcome of their application. HireSignal collects no identifying information and only reveals aggregated results, which is exactly why the signal is more honest than a name-attached survey.
What do the six dimensions measure?
They cover the parts of the experience candidates actually judge you on: clarity of communication, respect for their time, fairness and consistency, the quality of the interactions, and how informed they felt throughout. Each response contributes to a single comparable experience score.
Can a small role expose who said what?
No. Results for any stage or segment stay locked until enough people have responded to protect anonymity. A two-person interview loop will not surface individual answers. The threshold simply hasn't been met yet.
How do candidates submit feedback?
